What kind of paper is used for the cards?

The 4x6 and 5x7 photo cards are printed on Fuji Professional Paper and have a lustre finish.  The 5x7 press card is a matte finish card printed on 110lb card stock.

Is there a minimum order?

The photo cards require a minimum order of 25 cards.  The press printed cards come in sets of 25, while the labels are printed in sets of 50.

Do all the cards come with envelopes?

Yes, all cards are shipped with crisp white envelopes.

Can you alter the designs?

Fonts, text and colors can be changed to your liking, however, any additional alteration may result in a custom order charge.  We’d be happy to consult with you before you order as to your preferences and if it would constitute an additional charge.

Will I receive a proof?

You will receive a digital proof of your order via email.  Changes can be made at that time and a final proof will be sent.  Once the final proof is approved, changes can not be made.  It is very important that you check the proof(s) for spelling and mistakes as we are not responsible for errors once the proof is approved. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once all the elements of your order are received (text, photo(s) and payment), you will usually receive your proof within 2 business days.  Once your final proof is approved, your order will be printed.  Please allow 2-3 business days for printing.  Shipping is done via UPS or USPS, depending on the product you order and may take 3-5 business days.  *all times are approximations, heavy volume and holidays may increase estimated times.  Please be aware that we make every effort to work with you on deadlines and strive to get your order to you in a speedy manor!

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We prefer PayPal, but will also accept personal checks and money orders.

Can I use PayPal without an account?

PayPal allows you to pay with a credit card without signing up for an account.

How do I send you my picture(s)?

You will receive an email confirmation following the submission of your order that tells you where to send the photos.  We accept digital files but can make exceptions if you have a printed photo you’d like to use. 

What size/format should my digital photos be?

Please do NOT crop your photos - send us the original, un-cropped file in a JPEG format of at least 300dpi.  If you’re scanning a photo in, please set the scanner to 300dpi and save it as a JPEG.  Do not compress the files being sent, as this may result in a loss of quality in the printed product.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are available in any denomination.  Please contact us for more information!
